Mini haul

Today, I picked up a few bargains which I thought I'd share! 

I picked this conical wand up from Tesco for £13.50! It was half price and seeing as I don't have one, I thought I'd give this one a go. I'm not too sure if I'm even a fan of the whole curling wand thing anyway, I much rather curl my hair with rollers but I might as well give it a go, for a real cheap price! Like I said, this was super cheap (win), though I've never heard of this brand before. They had lots of different hair tools by this brand on sale too. Hopefully my hair isn't going to snap off! 

Wedding outfit ideas

In July, my cousin is getting married and it'll be the first wedding I've been to since I was 5! Now, it's a bit more serious as I have to dress myself. I've been inspired by The Great Gatsby/Kim K and have decided I'd like to wear a headpiece (I'm thinking no feathers, more fake diamonds really, we'll see if I find anythig), but I still need a dress/shoes/everything else. I'm trying to step outside of my comfort zone and add a bit more colour to my wardrobe too, here's a few outfit ideas!

My top 5 foundations

I'm a big fan of glowing/dewy skin, like most people! Even though I have oily skin, I don't like how matte foundation looks on me, so I always use a primer and go for a dewy foundation. To apply all of my foundations, I use a Beauty Blender or an Expert Face brush.

My current hair routine/products

My current hair routine is simple really, all I do is blow dry my hair and that's it! I've been making an effort to use less heat on my hair recently as it's getting really dry at the ends (I'm in need of a haircut...) Here are the products I'm using to keep my hair as healthy as possible.

20 facts about me

I've seen lots of bloggers doing similar posts to this and decided to jump on the bandwagon too! Tomorrow I plan on spending the day taking pictures and writing up some posts, but for now this will have to do :)  I'll be lucky if I can think of 20 facts about myself...

01: I never ever wear any other colour clothing apart from black 

02: I'm an only child, and I definitely have only child syndrome of not being able to share

03: I love watching tv, it's probably my favourite thing to do apart from watching films

04: I can't drive, which is a pain as buses only grace our tiny village once every couple of hours

05: I have a habit of buying clothes and never wearing them

06: I'm pretty amazing at accents

07: I talk to myself all the time, answer myself, and speak to the tv 

08: I'm a cat person

09: I love homeware stores, I can spend hours looking around Dunelm and The Range

10: I loved HMV and their 2 for £10 

11: I saw Beyonce in concert in 2009 and it was the most amazing experience ever

12: I actually enjoy going to the dentist

13: The Little Mermaid is my favourite Disney film, Hercules a close second

14: Getting an iPhone was the best decision of my life, I laugh in the face of BlackBerry

15: I've been growing out my hair for 18 months, after years of saying 'I want long hair'

16: My favourite scent is anything clean and fresh, your typical clean linen candle is on point

17: I love the rain and the wind, I really don't like summer

18: I'm teaching myself how to blow dry my hair with a round brush and I'm really not any good!

19: If I could, my wardrobe would consist of only Zara

20: I went to London on my birthday in the beginning of November, and it took me until Christmas to unpack 

This may have been the longest time I've spent on a post, purely because I couldn't think of anything that was slightly interesting! Fingers crossed it wasn't too boring... let me know if you've done this tag!
